Create a Body That Feels Capable, Aware, and Resilient
I help people eliminate chronic pain and recurring injury by building deep internal stability that drives real athleticism.

A common theme with the people I've worked with is they've spent years being told what to do, yet their understanding of why never quite lands. Sessions change that by giving you a real understanding of how your body works, the tools to self-correct, and the awareness to feel the difference yourself.

We look at how you hold yourself and how you move: your posture, your walk, movements your routinely perform, and the habits your body has built up over time without you ever realising. Where is your rib cage sitting? Are your hips level? How is your foot actually making contact with the ground? These aren't small details. They show up in everything you do. This is where we find the origin.
The focus is understanding how your body is meant to be positioned, and how movement is meant to be sequenced. We use movement to point your attention to specific parts of your body, so you can feel what's been happening and what it's like to move from a different position. You'll develop the ability to sense how your ribcage, pelvis, hips, and feet are positioned in space-and how that changes where pressure moves through your body. Not cues with nothing behind them. A real understanding of what's changing and why.
The goal is always to apply it, because understanding without application doesn't change anything. Your nervous system needs direct exposure to new movement patterns enough times before it accepts them as normal. When it does, you give your body different options. You recognise your own defaults, self correct in real time, and move the way your body was designed to.
I have had the great privilege of working with Enya for several months and the experience has been wonderful. She is supportive, encouraging, and challenges you in the best way. She meets you where you are and goes with you on a journey to help you meet your movement goals. I highly recommend working with her as she is both an astute knowledgeable professional and a great person.

What I really like is her philosophy isn’t about needing to see her forever. She actually wants to teach people the principles and tools so they can understand their own body better and not have to keep relying on appointments long term.

I have been working with Enya for about 18 months due to pain and imbalances in my body that made training very difficult. At one point I could barely walk without pain. Since working with Enya my body is transformed. I am so much stronger, and move easily and without pain. I feel completely different - stable, grounded, more emotionally balanced and also light and free.
